My second week

Being only my second week, I haven't lost any weight and I haven't stumbled upon a weight loss secret. I did however weigh my self for the first time in a long time. I quickly jumped of the relieve the pressure from Mr. Scale. I am glad I know where I am at. I now need to know where I am going. I have decided that my goal is 15 lbs. in 3 months. That should be more than enough time. The how is up in the air. I have to stop trying to find the perfect hour and just go for the 10 minute increments I can find to exercise.

This weeks Me Make Over question is: What are you going to do this week to get yourself back on track?? This week I am going to stay busy with my organizational and cleaning goals. I will have healthy prepared snacks to keep me from eating too much of the wrong stuff. Oh how I love the wrong stuff. I will make a conscious effort to add 10 minute of exercise every couple hours.

You've taken the first step, the dreaded weigh-in. Good for you for being real. Now that you know what your goals are you can work toward them! Can't wait to follow your journey :)

Just wanted to say hello, I can so relate to finding time to workout, I just set a certain time everyday and when that time comes, I just go for it...without even thinking..

GOod for you for weighing in. I didn't even get on the scale this week. I know I'm probably up because I've been eating Easter candy for a week.

Your goal sounds good! GOod luck this week!

I think you have a very reasonable goal! Eat healthy, get some exercise and it will come off :-)

Have a great week!

It's so nice to meet you! I'm so glad that you're joining in! Did I miss your post last week?? If I did, I am so sorry!

I also agree that you have a wonderful attitude! And I think your goals are pretty realistic. You should try the 18 minute Turbo Jam workout. It's technically considered a beginner workout, but it's a great workout! It gets your heart pumpin, and makes you sweat. I like doing it when I don't have a lot of time {or desire} :)

Hi Miss!

I found you from Amber's EMME linky. Sounds like you have a great attitude.

Easter was rough for me so I'm hoping to get back on track. Went to dinner with some girlfriends last night and I behaved myself but still enjoyed myself too.

Good luck this week!!

Much love from NJ,
Sue
