Awards

Awards are a fun way to get linked up with new friends. I am truly excited and grateful when I receive one. In the past couple of weeks I received two new awards. This one is the Black Canvas Award I received from Vivienne @ the V-Spot. The Blank Canvas Award - celebrating blogs who cram in a lot of different topics. I like the way her friend expressed her reason for giving this award: I have chosen them because they make me laugh, they are honest, they aren't all about one thing, like flowers or tablescapes, etc. I love their work and wish I were that good, or they are kindred spirits to me, they are intelligent and they are good writers!"

We are to pass this award on and list 7 traits that we have. It didn't say good or bad traits, so I will try to do a little of both.

1. I am a thinker. I mean all of the time. It never stops!

2. I am not lovey dovey in any way. I am so uncomfortable talking about feelings and such. I can't use pet names. It makes me feel weird.

3. I honestly wish the best for everyone.

4. I am an eater. I can out eat just about anyone.

5. I have hope.

6. I am never shocked because I believe anything is possible.

7. I am simple and complicated. Perhaps, just simply complicated.

This one is tough to accept. Just thinking about the 15 blogs has had me in knots. I have had a lot of wonderful bloggers who have found me and become followers.
